Stephanie is 31 years old. At 15 years old she was diagnosed with Lupus..with years of Lupus it has caused kidney failure. She needs a kidney transplant.She has been on dialysis for the past 3years and this is what has caused her heart problems. She was rushed to the hospital last week not being able to feel her feet, had to be taken into for emergency surgery to remove blood clots in the left leg and foot.Sense than she has had 5units of blood and is having complications from the blood transfusions and because of the critical condition she is being transferred to North Western in Chicago in the icu unit in case her heart fails and there are more  resources there.
