My name is Chelsey, my mom and I are trying to raise money to help my dad (Troy) and his wife (Tola) with their monthly bills while he is recovering from heart surgery. He won't be able to work for at least 3 months and he will need the assistance of my step mom while he is recovering from surgery. And if you know my dad he will need someone to keep an eye on him after that to make sure he doesn't over do it. He has already been out of work for a month due to his health issues, with my step mother taking care of him and out of work during that time as well.

Troy has been a Casper resident his entire life, born and raised here. He has always been a help to the community. Now Troy needs the help he has so graciously given to others. He would literally give someone the shirt off of his back. Please help him and his wife get through this troubling time
