Leeds Lit Fest is a volunteer-run festival that puts the grass-roots writing communities of the city at the heart of its programming. After a very successful Festival in June last year, we're now planning and fundraising for our eighth edition, 6th - 14th June 2026. Our annual Festival programme continues to be staged without significant local or national funding.

Donating to LLF helps to keep the festival running. All donations raised through LLF go towards core festival costs - paying writers and performers and getting the word out so we can connect audiences with established and emerging talent.
