Kohkom's (Grandma) Relief Fund

today is a very sad day for the Augers, Our 86 year old kohkom's(grandmother) Catherine Auger's house caught fire and completely burned to the ground 2 days before christmas. luckily no one was inside the home when it occured. we did our best to put it out but only took 2 hrs for it blaze to ash. We were in the process of building her a new home on the same lot but was not ready to move in, we managed to save that house with just minimal damge to the siding and windows. Unfortunately all her furniture,Clothes, worldly possesions,  era's of pcitures, 86 years of keepsakes including of her late husband, our moosum (grandfather) were in the home are now lost.. Shes more upset about these then the actual home.  Again it is very unfortunate that she did not have any insurance as do lots of people up here on these reserves. Our family will do the best to help her out but we are hoping anyone who knew Catherine and how sweet and big hearted she is will help her out as well. the money donated will help her with new furnishings, clothes, food etc. this is just a small fractionto try and help her get through this. Donations dont just have to be money, if people have spare furniture or anything to help and know any of us Augers please feel free to contact us. we really Appreciate any help and hope we can give her just a slight chance of cheering her up over the hoildays after her devestating loss.
