Benedictus Akorlie popularly known as Ben is a member of the Ghanaian Community here in Chicago. On November 13th, 2022, he was struck with a hemorrhagic stroke and has been hospitalized been bedridden. Ben is a veteran and community organizer. His work as a community organizer extends beyond Chicago and Illinois as he has successfully collaborated with and facilitated a good number of international humanitarian projects. Ben is multi-talented and has been to several diaspora churches assisting with their praise and worship groups. His first love is with his family and four Kids as well as seeking the well-being of fellow veterans. Due to his inability to perform his Father and Son duties due to his unfortunate life-threatening illness, we are asking the general public to donate in support of this cause and his well-being. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to assist with his healthcare and rehabilitation. Ben is a kind God loving and Noble brother, he has been always there for everyone day or night. It's our prayer that you will show your love and kindness toward Ben.
