Hand surgery

Have severe carpal tunnel on both hands that makes it almost impossible to work and sleep. Hands get numb and can’t feel my fingertips. Need surgery to fix it so I will be having the surgery this month. Due to the surgery I will be out of work for at least a month. Insurance will not be covering this so called elective surgery.
