Helloooo,
To whoever comes across this message, I want to share our story. My sisters and I are using this platform to share how big our God is. If you can take the time to say a prayer, share this link, and if you feel it in your heart, share a donation.
OUR STORY:
My dad, Jerry, a loving husband to my mom Michelle, a father of three daughters Abigail (Jorge), Victoria, and Priscilla, popo of four grandchildren Mia, Mae, Madi, and Eli. We as a family have been through our trials and tribulations within the past year and we know that our God is bigger than sickness and His name is above any other name.
In June 2022, he had open heart surgery to replace his aortic valve and they found a 4.6 aneurism, but through the grace of God, he saw us through. God is not done with my dad just yet, we are here again, but now God is working on his brain. We recently found out that his brain is bleeding, and he is unresponsive. God is Jehovah Jireh "God will provide", Jehovah Rapha "The God that heals", and Jehovah Nissi "the Lord is my banner".
At this point, we are trusting that God is creating the way and placing the right medical staff on my dad's case. We have decided as a family to be united through this difficult time by recognizing that time is not to be taken for granted. Time is something that you can never get back so we have chosen to stay by our mom's side through this time.
I want this to be an encouragement to all who read this, to put aside your differences and tell your loved ones how much you love them and appreciate them. Don't take the small things for granted, time is something invaluable and you will never get back.
This is our promise from God:
Jeremiah 17:14
"Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise."
