Support a Veteran's Return to Work

I am a disabled veteran. I was active for just short of 12 years. Unfortunately, I suffer from PTSD from my time in.
I thought I had my PTSD under control, so I never worried about it. I worked in the medical field (Interventional Radiology) for almost 10 years and didn't realize how much it was affecting me and my PTSD until it was too late. It would bring up too many bad memories. I could not be around people without losing it, or I'd be in my own world (not safe with my job at the time). I unfortunately had to leave the workforce and most of society for a while.
Fast forward to 2025, I've gotten a good team at the VA to work with and get the right meds and therapy I needed. I'm back to where I need to be, and that's thanks to the VA, my family, and my Masonic family.
Now that I'm getting back into the workforce and was hired by a security company. Unfortunately, I do not have any gear needed for my assignments. Since it has only been my wife working, money has not been where it needs to be for me to be able to buy all the gear needed.
