UPDATE Please join us December 3rd from 1-7pm at the VFW hall 2902 Martin Way E Olympia 98506.. Drinks are on Dale.
No tears, bring your favorite story of Dale.
Dale was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandpa and friend amongst other things. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War on the USS Forrestal. He enjoyed spending time with his dog Lucy, cooking up a tasty dinner, watching his favorite tv shows with his wife, and telling stories to his grandkids. Dale was diagnosed with a rare aggressive form of cancer that he had been battling as hard as he could and as long as he could the past couple of months. Despite many hard and challenging days, he always tried to keep his family and friends smiling and laughing and wanted to cherish the time he had left with them. Dale passed away on October 22 2023 peacefully in his bed at home surrounded by his loved ones. As grief and loss has touched this family numerous times in the past 2 years, we are kindly asking for any donations to help ease the financial burden on his wife and family during these extremely heartbreaking times. Any funds donated will be used to assist with final expenses for Dale.
