Hello I am Bea. I am in my late 60’s but not yet able to draw my pension. I have been really struggling to pay the council tax and now Bailiffs are phoning and texting me demanding £1500 payment in full immediately. I am doing all I can to find this money and would be so very grateful for any help getting this together.
