I’ve been wanting top surgery for years now. I need support to pay for the contouring and after care.

When I got the call from the clinic telling me that I was approved for surgery I cried like I’ve never cried before. My cry sounded like it did when I was a kid. I felt such a strong sense of hope like I’ve never felt before. I never thought it’d be possible for me. I just accepted that I’d have a short life. Gender dysphoria is something that makes everyday indescribably painful. It effects every aspect of my life. Top surgery is life saving health care. It’s been such a long process and I had to cancel and push my date back and reschedule for a few years now. But I can’t wait anymore. I’m not usually a public person but I’m wearing my heart on my sleeve because I need support.
