Hey Everyone!

We’re the neighbours of Michael. A hardworking bloke and all round great guy.

Unfortunately, Michael was diagnosed with Leukaemia earlier this year. With treatment and bone marrow transplant, his family and friends are remaining positive about his recovery but it will be some time before Michael is out of the woods.

As this hard working bloke was self employed and self sustained, the time taken to attack this horrible illness has impacted Michael and his family financially (amongst other things).

We often see Di and Ken working hard at Mick’s place, doing all they can as loving parents, and only after several months have they expressed this concern. From our understanding, Michael will be on this path for a couple of years yet…

This fundraiser is to help take some pressure of a bloke who hasn’t asked for a thing and pushes through no matter what! Even walking his gorgeous dog, Scooby (pictured), every day during chemo.

We are neighbours, so close friends and family of Mick, so please feel free to share loving stories and pass this along to your friends and family!
