Haiti Mission Trip
RADICAL is described in many ways, but as it relates to me, it is defined as fundamental or extreme, especially in regards to accepted or traditional forms. RADICAL defines my mission trip to Haiti with Grace Fellowship June 27 - July 3, 2014.
As I began to pray about this opportunity in late 2013, I felt God call me to step WAY BEYOND my traditional comfort zone of life in cozy central Ohio, and go and be the hands and feet of Jesus in this third world country in a RADICAL way. I have learned in the last several months that while life is messy, God is always good. When we don't understand our circumstance or trial, He tells us to "Be still and know that I am God; ..." {psalm 46:10} We are to lean into His truths and be encouraged by one another. "A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle."
I am excited and humbled to serve with other brothers and sisters in Christ as we love on the Haitians and do the work God guides us to do. Your support means so much to me ... Please pray for our team and trip, and the people we will meet along the way. If you are inclined, I would welcome a financial donation to help me live out this RADICAL mission.
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!
*Details: Grace Fellowship partners with CPR-3, a missions organization focused on stabilization, outreach and evangelism in the village of Canaan and surrounding areas. We will travel to Sant Mouvan, the Center of Movement in Haiti, and work with Pastor Samedy loving on the people and serving them however we can best meet their needs.
