Zachs GoFundMe

Today my brother finally got the answers he’s been waiting to hear, but not quite what he was hoping for. Zach and Sarah traveled to Brigham and Women’s hospital for a second opinion. It was there where the diagnosed him with tethered spinal cord syndrome and a small chiari malformation. He was told if he doesn’t have surgery in the next 2 years he will end up in a wheelchair. This has effected his life in every way imaginable. The numbness. The inability to grip things, open things. His walking and balance have been extremely effected. The hardest part is seeing him deteriorate more and more every time I see him.

Those of you who know my brother knows he’s one of the hardest working people out there. He started his own landscaping company a few years back and will do anything to support his family.

Once he has surgery he is looking at an extremely painful recovery and a 4-5 day stay at the hospital in Boston. Once home he will start Physical therapy. Sarah is hoping to take medical leave to be down there with him. Any money raised will go directly to whatever lies ahead for them and accommodations for her while in Boston.

I know now everyone has their own bills and life is just expensive. So any little bit is helpful and greatly appreciated. He’s not one to look for a hand out, and I want to lighten their load any way possible.

If you can’t donate, send positive vibes, pray and keep him and his family in your thoughts.

Much love to you all.
