i need help ! PLEASE HELP!

hi. my name is Marty Klein. i live in palm coast florida. i am 66 years old. unfortunately i have been disabled for the last 2-1/2 years. i came down with a very rare form of diabetic neuropathy. i lost most bof the strength in my thighs. thanks to some great doctors at the mayo clinic my legs are starting to get better. but not strong enough for me to return to my former trade which was carpentry. which requires a lot of agility. i also have chronic kidney disease (CKD stage 5 ) so I require dialysis treatments five times a week. In the last month both my electricity and my water have been shut off. They are back on now, but I don't know how I will pay this months bills. I survive on my Social Security payment. I had a little bit of savings, but I have used it all up in the past 2 1/2 years. I would really appreciate if some people could help me out with some money.
