Hoofprints to Hope
We have decided to use our horse property to serve at-risk youth through Equine-Assisted Learning. We will need around $70,000 for this first year to get our ranch up and running. Hoofprints to Hope is a Christian ministry serving children ages five through eighteen. Christy Falink, MSW, is certified through Equine-Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA). Both Christy and her husband Corey are mental health therapists and have been working with at-risk youth for over twenty years. It is their desire to use their ranch to help troubled youth find hope and healing through the gentle touch of a horse.
Donations will go to building an arena, tack, supplies, horse feed and care and other operating expenses. Christy had her first board meeting last week and it is now time to ask for support. Thank you for any donation you feel led to give. God bless!!
