Please help my family

Went in hospital with heart attack/heart failure April 2022. Going through a buy out at work. Found out company wasn’t paying insurance, yet the money was still being taken out of paycheck. Didn’t know to have option for Kobra or state insurance, and new company insurance didn’t kick in until May. Around $1,000,000 in bills accrued. Was in hospital until September due to recovering and complications along the way to getting a Lvad. December 2023 went back in due to incurring an infection which likes to stick to inorganics aka Lvad (the thing keeping alive). Next and final option is hopefully a heart transplant in the next few months.
