Cy was well known and loved in the Upper Valley and beyond. On 12/25/2023, his life was tragically cut short. Those of us who knew him well will remember his passion for music, culinary arts, and his relentless positivity. Like too many others, he struggled with addiction. Cy was people person, and touched many in his 42 years. He continuously put himself in positions to meet new friends and help people in venues like his work in various restaurants, as well as harm reduction education. Many of us reading this will have known him since early childhood. He will be missed.
This collection will fund his funeral, relieving his family of this unexpected cost while they grieve. It will also fund a celebration of his life, to be held in the spring. Additionally, contributions will be made to college funds for Cy's daughters, and a donation in Cy's memory to Vermont Recovery Netwok:
Cy's daughters Abbiy (21) and Ari (19). Both are in school, all funds exceeding the costs of Cy's memorial and the Vermont Recovery Network pledge will go toward their college fund.
