If you are reading this, you probably know me in some capacity – whether you are my beloved family or friend; we’ve shared the stage somewhere around the world; we share membership at Bates Memorial, you’re a committed Rush Trowel Entertainment/Faith Works Studios patron or any other time and place our paths have crossed. Thank You for taking the time to consider partnering with us! If you don’t know me then let me be first to say– Welcome! My hope is that you too will consider partnering with us. We believe God has a purpose and plan for Faith Works Studios.
For the past 10 years, under the auspices of Rush Trowel Entertainment (RTE), I’ve had the honor and privilege to work on a whole host of productions. As much as I have loved them, there has always been a burning desire to have a theater company whose sole purpose is to give glory and honor to God. Furthermore, the opportunity to thank God for our gifts and most importantly use them for the up building of His Kingdom is astounding! So, the metamorphosis from RTE to Faith Work Studios has taken place. God has been very clear on the direction of my life and the expectations of our ministry bearing fruit. Through this revelation, we now have a faith-based performing arts school and a faith-based theatrical production company. Only with your love, prayers and support, are we able to make this vision a reality.
Our latest major ministry opportunity is bringing the Bible to life with a full-scale stage production of Esther, the Musical! We offer Esther - the story of an orphaned Jewish girl who becomes Queen of Persia and discovers that her people are sentenced to be annihilated by a royal decree. She is forced to trust God through frightening circumstances, with the survival of her entire nation seemingly on her shoulders. Reinforcing this truth…that God has a plan for each one of us, For Such a Time as This!
I believe in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and that it is our Living Word. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 9:19, “Become all things to all men that you might save some.”We believe this is the most effective avenue to use the gifts that God has given us. It’s about making the Bible come alive: planting a seed in non-believers and reaffirming faith in those who already believe! We have the opportunity to change lives-one person at a time!

ON PERSONAL NOTE: A Recent Rejuvenation!
In these last two weeks I had the privilege to spend time with two sets of the most amazing people! First, I had the honor of attending the Festival of the Lion King Family Reunion in Orlando, Florida. It was truly an amazing time of catching up with old cast mates and reaffirmed my calling in the professional theater world. Over 400 folks gathered to share the honor and legacy of that show – which is still running strong after 18 years!
This past weekend, I had the opportunity to once again be in the company of former cast mates. This time it was some of my dear friends from the premier production of Jonah at the Sight and Sound Theatre in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The cause for this gathering was a very special celebration of two friends tying the knot! God used this weekend to show us that, through Him all things are possible and everything truly happens for a reason. Congratulations you two! If you can only imagine how ignited I was to get back home and get to work!
By chance, if I’ve seen you these last two weeks, Thank You for every encouraging word, smile, laugh and hug! You have NO idea how much you blessed me and my family!
