Una bebé de 6 meses lucha por su vida… y necesita ayuda urgente
A sus apenas seis meses, esta pequeña ya enfrenta una realidad extremadamente difícil.
Fue diagnosticada con una mutación genética muy rara en el gen PUM1, una condición que afecta el desarrollo del cerebro y el control del movimiento.En palabras simples… su cuerpito no responde como debería.
Hoy, esta bebé:
• Tiene epilepsia
• No puede controlar su cabecita
• No puede sentarse
• Tiene dificultades para ganar peso
• Necesita ser alimentada por sonda
• Y aún no se sabe si podrá ver, escuchar o caminar en el futuro
Los médicos han sido claros:
no existe una cura para esta condición.
Pero sí existe algo que puede cambiar su vida: tratamientos, terapias y cuidados especializados que le den una mejor calidad de vida.
Como si esto no fuera suficiente, sus dos padres fueron deportados a Guatemala.
Ella nació en Estados Unidos… y hoy está separada de ellos.
Actualmente, está al cuidado de su tía, quien también tiene otras hijas y está haciendo todo lo posible por sacarla adelante.
Pero esta es una situación que requiere ayuda urgente.

A 6-month-old baby is fighting for her life… and needs urgent help. At just six months old, this little one is already facing an extremely difficult reality.
