Hi everyone! I've been putting this off for a while since my health battle began. July, 2024 changed mine and my families lives forever. I was rushed into emergency surgery to remove my dying colon, from a severe infection turned septic. So many complications came after my 4 week hospital stay. I have so many specialists now. I was out of work for a long time recovering, which hit my family hard. I've had to miss so much more time after I had to go back to work (because this economy is impossible to survive nowadays with one income) due to additional problems. They just found a large tumor in my reproductive system, which I pray is benign. The oncologist surgeons want it out ASAP. More surgery, more time out of work. It could be a simple several week recovery time, or several months, depending on how severe my scaring and adhesions are from last years surgery (if they have to only remove my ovary and fallopian tube, and remove the adhesions laprascopically, or open me back up and complete a total hysterectomy along with removing the adhesions). We are in so much debt from all this and it will continue to worsen once surgery happens again in a few weeks. On top of all the treatments, infusions, medical supplies, bills, etc. We're drowning. I know there are others who need help more than we do, but I'm finally asking for help. Even one dollar helps. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. God saved me once, and I won't give up or take my second chance for granted. Despite all the stress, illness, anxiety, pain, grief, and emotional rollar coaster this year...I'm beyond grateful I can still be with my loved ones and help others at work. God bless you
