On November 2, 2021 our brother-in-law John Chandler tragically lost his 2 month battle with Covid, leaving behind his wife, our sister Beth, and their 7 children. Of their 7 children, 3 are still in high school, 3 are in college, and there is the potential for 5 to be in college at the same time as they follow in his footsteps and pursue further degrees. John dedicated his life to his family as well as to creating educational opportunities for all kids. While part of this fund will help allow his own children to complete their education, the family is also establishing a scholarship fund at his High School to help kids outside of their own family, to honor his dedication to the education of all, especially those who might not otherwise have an opportunity.
We are reaching out to share John's story in hopes of helping the family with current medical bills from his 2-month stay in multiple hospitals, with funeral and emergency expenses, with the kids' educational needs, and with any other needs that arise both now and in the future, which we know will be great. John was the sole provider for Beth and the kids, and as his health was failing, his main concern was that his family would be taken care of in the unfathomable event of his passing. We are hoping that this fund is a way to do that. Any amount that you can donate, and any prayers you can offer would be appreciated, as well as sharing their story and this page with others.
