Help with funeral exspenses

To the friends and family of Diondre Nordstrom (D-Luv), our loving Father, Son, Papa, Uncle, Brother, and Friend was taken unexpectedly from us Nov. 6, 2021 at the young age of 45. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, we would love to give him the funeral he wanted and deserved.

Those who knew Dion also knew he’s always been a fighter. Back in 2006, he suffered from a paralyzing accident that took away his chance of normality. This newfound way of life only encouraged him to be more resilient. Taking custody of his two kids, making him a single father, was only the first step in this new chapter of his life. Although his spirit could be tampered with at times, Dion always managed to crack a joke in order to see a smile on someone else’s face.

Dion, being a TRUE north side native, loved St. John’s and those who grew up with him here. The family hopes you can help in any way possible in order to lay him to rest in the place he loved most. With this tragic event being so sudden, the family has not had the time to prepare or even process what has happened. Dion’s mother, Patti, is on hospice. His two children, Audrea (26) and Ahliah (20), are a combination of a single mother and a college student. These ideal people for Dion need help during this time.
