1 Year No Beer

Hi guys! I’m going to be doing 1 year without any alcohol to raise money for the Mater Hospital in Dublin where my dad is receiving treatment for prostate cancer. Most of my friends will know that the last year has been a difficult one and there’s a long road ahead which is why I want to do this challenge mainly to stay in a good mental state whilst being away from my family and also to focus on things that are really important to me without the distraction of alcohol. I haven’t had a drink yet this year so the challenge will be from 01/01/2023 - 01/01/2024! I would also like to encourage people to join me for a month and challenge themselves (you might surprise yourself) this would also be great to keep myself on track with the support of a friend for a month!
