I wish to raise money for Diabetes Ireland for research to help find a cure . I will be 40 years a Diabetic on the 13th September. The treatment from when I was diagnosed until now has changed dramatically over the years due to research and makes living with Diabetes easier. But insulin is not a cure it is only a medicine to keep us alive until a cure is found, this is why I want to raise as much money for research as possible and would love some day to be able to say "Did I ever tell you I was once a Diabetic " #diabetesireland
