Hello everyone, my name is Betty. I'm reaching out for help with my dad's funeral expenses and cremation. His name was Stephen and he lost his life at the age of 71. My dad fought a very long battle with developing cirrhosis of the liver. Back in October of 2024, we found out he developed Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It was very aggressive. It spread throughout his liver to his lungs as well as his spleen. He was too sick to qualify for any type of treatment to kill the cancer. So, he passed peacefully at home, surrounded by 2 of his children and their families, as well as our mother.

His funeral is February 28, 2025. The viewing is at 10:30 am and the service starts at 1 pm. He opted into a life insurance policy, but only 1 month before he passed, so they really don't pay into anything to help.

We would be forever grateful if anyone can help us lay our dad to rest. Any questions, please feel free to reach out. The service was originally set for February 28, 2025 but the funeral home will not allow me to have the service or cremation without the full payment. So as of right now everything is in limbo. Im beyond grateful for everyones help.. everyone's donations has given me a little more peaceful and hope that I can honor my daddy's last wishes. If everyone can share as well it would be amazing.
