Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, My name is Carmen, and I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support in helping a brave and resilient man, father, and spouse, Jimmy, take his next crucial step in the fight against lung cancer. November 2024 Jimmy underwent colon surgery right after being diagnosed with stage three lung cancer. It was a painful and life-altering experience, but he faced it with grace, courage, and faith. Now, his doctors are only planning on doing one last round of chemotherapy to maintain the cancer after reducing it with the last round of chemo and radiation. Saying that they are only buying him some time. We are urgently trying to raise money for alternative treatment for a cancer-free future. Unfortunately, this holistic treatment isn’t available in the US and the only viable option is to travel to a neighboring country where the treatment is accessible. The total cost of transportation, accommodation, and the full course of the treatment amounts to $45,000 —— a figure far beyond what Jimmy and his family can afford right now after covering other medical expenses. Jimmy is a loving dad, a devoted friend, spouse, and a vibrant soul who still has so much to give to the world. But without this treatment, his recovery hangs in the balance.
