My Name is Shawn Ruggiero
I Have lost my leg and I have 100% disability with medicare and they will only pay 80 % of the cost for a leg so that i will have the ability to walk and take care of my self. I can not work and have no way to come up with the 20 % that I have to pay . I only have hope left and I need to find help to get back on my feet again and have a life.The cost of the leg will be 23 thousand to 25 thousand So I have to come up with 5,000 to get a leg. I want more them any thing to dance again some day to walk when I get married to the man of my dreams.I ask with a heave heart for help . Thank you all and god bless you ,
