Eardington Nature Reserve
Eardington Local Nature Reserve is a 7 hectare ex-gravel quarry, which is now a thriving wildlife haven in the heart of Shropshire! The recently created wetlands and wildflower meadows provide essential habitat for dragonflies, butterflies, moths, bees, newts, birds, and for people to enjoy too. You could have a wander through the woodlands, or have a quiet sit in the newly installed bird hide.
However, there is still much more work to be done....
We would very much appreciate any donation you may have to assist the Friends of Eardington Nature Reserve group to continue undertaking the valuable practical conservation work....
Thank you for your support, it is very much appreciated!
