Sunny "Sunshine" Choi's Children's Education Fund

Our beloved team member, Shung He Choi, lost her battle with cancer. Early Wednesday morning on 2/10/2021, God called her home. She was better known to all of us as, Sunny. “Sunny, as a fine day”, as she would say. And that she was. For everyone that has met her, you know that she was a ray of sunshine. Just like the sun, she touched everyone with her iconic smile, energy, and goodness. And just like a beautiful summer day that passes too quickly, so did our Sunny’s life. We are all left longing for more time with Sunny. We know that she is in a better place now, without suffering or pain. That thought brings some comfort. While, our time together with Sunny has been short and we all have been better off and fortunate for having her in our lives. It was not enough time for her 2 young children, Sophia and Jiwan, aged 11 and 7. We are a family and instead of feeling helpless, we want to give a little of that sunshine, that Sunny gave us, back to her children. Sunny has done great planning and made necessary financial preparations. But when it comes to children, you can never have enough. In lieu of flowers, we want to show her loved ones how much she meant to us by starting a 529 fund for her two children’s future education. All of the donations will received by Sunny's younger sister, Gloria, who we have set as the beneficiary for this fundraiser. We will then help Gloria to set up the 529 account for Sophia and Jiwan's future education. We want to thank everyone for the love and support they have shown.
