Hello, my name is Chris. On Friday July 22, a little after midnight our apartment building caught fire. My wife and I had just returned home to our kids from work. We had to think and act quickly to escape the flames as we live on the top floor of the building. We were able to get out the building and to safer grounds as the smoke and fire took over our 4th floor apartment. We literally watched everything in this world that we owned be destroyed. We were blessed to have escaped with our lives but unfortunately our 8 month old puppy & 3 year old cat did not make it out with us. My wife and I and our 5 children (ages 17,15,13,11,7) are now homeless with only the clothes on our backs. We’ve lost everything from clothes to shoes to all important documents. So this is the beginning of us rebuilding our life and with that being said; if you find it in your heart to want to pour unto us whether it be monetary or or just prayers we are open to all positive energy.
