Steven Calderon End Stage Renal Kidney Failure

Hello, I am fundraising on behalf of my Cousin-In-Law Steven Calderon whom has end stage renal kidney failure. He is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. Insurance covers 60% with him having to cover the balance and the medical bills that come after. He is struggling with diabetes and blindness and gives it his all everyday to keep working in order to have this life saving surgery.
