In This Family, no one fights alone.

Wife, mom, "Grammy", sister, aunt, cousin, sister-in-law, niece, friend.  Those that have been blessed to know Kathy & Brian Highsmith know that they have always helped everyone else......ALWAYS!  After being sick for several months, Kathy was recently diagnosed with metastatic and inoperable Stage 4 lung cancer that has moved into her brain, liver, and bones.  She currently is at MD Anderson in Houston, TX where she is getting treatment from some of the  best oncologists in the world.  As with any hospitalization and cancer treatments, expenses have soared.
