On Friday Aug 25th, the Daniels family suffered an unthinkable series of events. Dillon Daniels, Varsity #5, was injured during the game and has a dislocated foot and a broken bone in his leg. He will undergo surgery on Thursday.

During the event Dillon's mom, Lucinda, suffered a stroke. Tragically, she suffered a second stroke on Saturday night that has left her with no brain activity.

Anyone who knows Lucinda, knows that she has one of the biggest hearts you’ve ever seen and in keeping with that spirit, she is an organ donor. Whilst we are losing Lucinda, we hope you find some solace in knowing that her passing will give the gift of life to numerous others and allow her love to continue to spread through the world.

The Daniels family has a deep connection with the Mountain View community with all four children attending Landels, Graham and MVHS.

The funds raised will be used to help the family cover all medical expenses, funeral costs and living expenses while they work to rebuild their lives.
