Hello everyone, I am a fresh immigrant from Pakistan and moved to USA all by myself, without any family here. I have just heard the devastating news that my mom is diagnosed with mouth cancer. What hurts me the most is not being able to physically be with her during these times but I badly want to help her financially with her treatment since we are not from a rich family in a poor country. Doctor has asked her to go through surgery, which doesn’t cost as much as it would cost in USA but it is still more than we can afford. It’s around $10,000 and the surgery involves cutting a chunk of her tongue and she might not be able to speak properly after that and might need to go through chemotherapy or plastic surgery for her tongue. I would be appreciative if anyone can donate anything, if not please remember us in your prayers.
