I am a friend and neighbor of Dan and Ronda Colley Boatwright.
As many of you know, the Colley family is suffering thru a devastating tragedy. The bottom line is that there are two beautiful young children that now do not have a mother or father to take care of them and give them the life that they need and deserve.
Ronda (known as Aunt RaRa) and Dan Boatwright have been in these children's lives since the beginning and have always loved them and cared for them at all times. They are currently moving forward on the adoption process so they along with family support can give them the life they believe their mother and father would have wanted for them.
This fund is being created to help with the legal fees associated with this process as 100 percent collected will go towards this and the children ONLY. It will not go towards the fathers legal fees or anything else except for the needs of Trey (6) and Avery (4) and the process needed to get them in a stable comfortable home.
The home in which they have lived and already have their room and clothes and know this as a loving home for them. With Dan and Ronda, the children will have a comfortable, structured life with the necessary counseling to get them thru this terrible tragedy.
The Colley-Boatwrights loved Amanda too and intend to keep her spirit alive thru her children. They welcome and expect Amanda's family to participate in the children's lives. As you can see, in Amanda's own words (attached facebook post from Amanda a day before the terrible tragedy) that Ronda loves these children dearly and they love her.
Please keep an open heart regarding this situation and let's all help where we can towards what is right for these children. Anything small or more is appreciated.
