Hi , my name is jake Farr and iv been asked by my family to set this up to raise money for COPD as that’s what my nan suffered with and ultimately passed away because off, we as a family have decided my nan, Mary Holton would prefer if you made donations to this charity rather than flowers at her funeral, there will be some flowers provided by immediate family and of course you are welcome to bring flowers but if you would like to donate money to this charity and hopefully make someone’s else’s life better in loving memory of our nan, that would be much appreciated.
