On Friday 10/2/2020, Phil Smith suddenly and unexpectedly passed away.  Phil was a beloved husband and father and spent his free time watching sports, playing with their family dog Sammy, playing golf and playing with his kids.  He has left behind his wife Ashley and two small children, Annabelle (3 yo) and Cooper (8 months).   The Smith family moved to Raleigh, NC about 2 years ago from Washington, DC.  With so many friends and family living so far away, people have asked how they can help.  One way to help alleviate upcoming expenses is to raise money for the family and set up college funds for both of the kids.

If anyone knows Ashley like I do, it is very rare that she asks for help.  Ashley's world has been turned upside down in the blink of an eye and she does not know what comes next for her family.  She needs time to process what direction to go and what she can do to raise her two kids in this world by herself.  Please give to this fund to help her with the hard road she has ahead.
