Like most people with Lyme Disease, my friend Gina is left hung out to dry and die by our government. Gina is not able to work because of her debilitating conditions (Late stage neurological Lyme disease,Chronic fatigue Syndrome, lupus and cushings disease ) which has been a burden on both her and her family emotionally and physically.

Gina has been forced to spend thousands of dollar out of their own pockets for treatments. The financial burden is affecting her and her family.

I decided to set up this Go Fund Me page for Gina because the financial burden of Lyme Disease is starting to take a toll on Gina. That said, any donations would help Gina continue her path back to wellness. In particular, donations would help Gina continue on seeing her natropathic doctor, pay for medications that help her cope with the debilitating symptoms of Lyme Disease and several other illnesses she is suffering from. (i.e supplements and injections that help reduce the severity of the symptoms that Gina is facing. As her health is rapidly deteriorating.

In addition to helping Gina with the financial burden of Lyme Disease, I encourage friends and family of Gina to reach out and support Gina with the love and compassion she deserves. Many people don't undersand how isolating and severe this disease can be for the person expereincing it. I can assure you, setting up a Go Fund Me account is not an easy task for someone like Gina who suffers day in and day out with not only the symptoms of Lyme Disease. But, also, with the stigma and expensive treatments that accompany a Lyme Disease Diagnosis. Any financial and emotional support will help Gina attempt to get her life back. It will help Gina get out of Isolation and back into the groves of what once was a normal life.
