Dalton is a 16 year old boy with x- link hydrocephalus at birth as well as cerbral palsy, seizure disorder, optomistic atrophy and low functioning physical and fine motor skills.Dalton is a boy that will put a smile on your face even if your having the worst day.Dalton requires a lift to get in and out of his house as well as a van with a lift for his wheelchair due to the fact that Dalton cannot walk on his own and needs to be lifted in and out of his wheelchair.We enjoy taking Dalton places and try very hard to let him live a normal life but it is getting very difficult for his mother and younger sister to do these things without the proper equipment.His mother is the type of person that is always there for everyone else but would never ask for any help for herself.So due to the fact that this women is one of the most amazing people I know I feel the need to help her. So please open your hearts to this family and give generously.
