Emergency Guardianship of my Father

NAVY AND MARINE CORPS VETS IN DESPERATE NEED OF YOUR HELP.
My father is a Navy vet. I'm a Marine Corps vet.
I'm the sole provider for my family and I haven't been able to see my father in 10 years. He lives in Indiana, and I live with my family in California. Recently, my father's mental capacity has dropped greatly within the past month and it's been determined that he lacks the mental capability to make his own financial or medical decisions. His insurance will no longer cover the cost of his current care. His doctor also stated that he will need 24 hour care after discharge from his current facility. I'm asking for the emergency funds to be able to take a flight out to Indiana on such short notice, pay for the cost of petitioning for emergency guardianship of my father, so that I can have access to the information, e.g. bank info, Social Security info, VA info, etc., I'll need to get him the care he needs. I'll also need to plan on what to do with his property as he is unable to make that decision himself, nor make his wishes known.
