I know there are so many causes and people in need, but several friends have encouraged me to not feel weird about asking for help with a health emergency for Jeff.

Jeff is my little soulmate, my emotional support through the hard times I can’t share, and a really good surrogate Dad to Kevin.

He had a urinary tract blockage that just happened to be the perfect size that surgery was the only way to guarantee he’ll survive. He’s only 5 years old and should have a long, beautiful life he deserves.

We had to move fast and the numbers were stout so I’m posting a total that’s been quoted to me knowing he’s likely headed to hospitalization after complications resulting in infection and that he hasn’t really eaten since 12/14 outside liquid treats…. if anyone feels like they can chip in five bucks or share this… it will all make a difference.

This is a vulnerable and humbling moment, but I’ve been encouraged to lean on my community- you have been so generous, and I am just exhausted and scared enough to drop my pride. Thank you all so much for digging into your hearts at such a difficult time for everyone.
