Family and friends, Kari, my sista and sister-in-law, needs our help!! As most of you know, she had very complicated back surgery a couple of weeks ago and is now being placed on medical leave. Since she has been dealing with this debilitating back problem since July, she has used up all her sick and vacation time and doesn’t have disability.

Kari still has a lot of pain from the surgeries and will need to start physical therapy as soon as the doctor says it’s okay. But she can’t drive and she’s not able to work.

Of course, being placed on leave means that she won’t be getting a paycheck and this is where we can all help her. If you know Kari, you know she will give you the shirt off her back. If you need anything, Kari is the one to turn to. Now Kari needs us.

Please consider donating to help Kari out with her rent, car payment and insurance, groceries, etc. while she gets back on her feet and starts working again. I know that this has been a really hard time for her both physically and mentally and asking for help is even more difficult, but I hope that we can all help in whatever amount you can give.
