3D Printed Face Shields - Aerial 360

Donation protected
Please help supply protective shields to front line workers in Canada.

We are two university students who founded our drone photography and 3D printing company, Aerial 360, in 2015. Today we are helping in the effort against Covid-19 by using our six 3D printers to produce Health Canada approved personal protective equipment (PPE) to hospital workers. However demand for face shields is great and we need help to increase our output.

We are donating 100% of our time to this effort, but need financial assistance to acquire additional printers and materials so we can increase our production.   Our goal is to raise enough money to produce another 250-500 shields per day.  Once this pandemic is behind us, we intend to donate extra printers to schools in Canada on behalf of this campaign.

If you have a 3D printer and would like to help, we can send you our STL files. Our design is for public use.

Note:

We are not a registered charity and so can not issue tax receipts.
If we are unable to spend the entirety of the donations, we will provide refunds.
Each shield costs $2.50 and an additional printer is a few hundred dollars.  We can have a new printer assembled and ready to produce shields within an hour of receiving it.
Thank you for your support. By donating to this project you are helping to protect our courageous front line workers.  Stay healthy and please continue to practice social/physical distancing.
