Jerry with Haylei and Castiel

My brother Jerry who is 49 years old was told he has Stage IV Metastatic Colorectal Cancer. This was devastating news for everyone but especially my brother. He is a loving father to his 14 year old daughter and 5 year old son. My brother has been on disability and really does not have alot of money. Anyone who has had cancer or knows someone who has knows that the medical expenses can mount up real quick.
We are asking for assistance to help pay co-pays, for medication and any other expenses that may arise.
