If you would prefer to use Venmo, Tammy’s mother, Beverly has a Venmo. Her venmo is @Beverly-Campbell-17
July 10th, 2021. Tammy's 25th birthday. Tammy and Chance (Tammy's significant other) were in a tragic car accident while on the way to Chick-fil-A for her birthday. Someone made the worst decision: to drink and drive and then had the audacity to leave the scene with no care in the world for the others involved. Tammy was stuck up under her front dash and had to be removed from the car with the jaws of life. She had to be airlifted and is in ICU, she has multiple deep lacerations to the face and cuts on her body. She also has blood in her abdomen but we think it's just from the trauma of the crash. Her initial blood pressure was 93/60 from losing so much blood. She had 2 blood transfusions, was on a ventilator, had an arterial line placed, and has multiple sutures and we're still finding out new things. She is currently stable but in a tremendous amount of pain and confusion. She doesn't know where she is, what happened, and has even asked if she was dead. As for Chance, everything seems to be okay and he should be released from the hospital very soon. Beverly Campbell (Tammy's Mother) has flown into California to be with Tammy. There are medical expenses, travel expenses, the cost of hotel rooms as Beverly will have to travel back and forth to be with Tammy and will be missing a tremendous amount of work, it should also be known that Tammy will be out of work for quite a while as well. Tammy's going to need a new car along with making payments on her current vehicle and possibly even surgery to correct the damage that has been done. Tammy needs Justice! She deserves Justice! What she has been through is a tragedy and something our family would have never thought to happen. If there is any way you could help Tammy and her family with these expenses, our family would greatly appreciate it. They need the most help they can get right now and all the prayers you can give. Every little bit counts. Thank You.
Here is a post from Tammy's little sister, Rachel Shehorn,
"July 10th, 2021. Your 25th birthday, and I honestly hope to god you don’t remember it. All you wanted was Chick-fil-A. But instead you’re in ICU right now in a medicated coma all the way in California because someone made the worst decision and that was to drink and drive and then had the audacity to flee the scene. You are my first best friend, my long time supporter, you keep me in check and make sure I’m okay. The last thing you said to me was that you loved and missed me and hoped to see me soon and I almost thought I would never see you again. You’re gonna be okay, you have to be and I won’t accept it any other way. I’ve already talked to god and told him I’d give my life away if it means saving yours. I can’t lose you sissy. Who am I gonna take pictures with in the front yard, or who’s gonna jam out to music with me at 2 o’clock in the morning driving down old dirt roads. Because I don’t want it to be anyone else but you. We’ve been through hell and back together and have supported each other through some very hard times. And I will continue to support and love you till my very last breath and beyond that. For some reason you always seem to think I hate you, and it’s killing me inside because I never have and I never will. The only hate in me that even involves you is the fact that I can’t be there with you and that we still don’t know if you’re gonna be okay. Your justice will be served Tammy Shehorn, the idiot/s who caused this will be found and they will be held accountable for their actions, and I will see to it. Mommas on her way to you right now. Rest up sissy, I know this isn’t your end and that god has better things planned for you. I love you and will forever love you. And may god put his hands over you and protect and heal you from this tragedy. I hope to be hearing from you soon, but until then party it up in dreamland for me. #prayfortammy #justicefortammy"
