My name is Julie and my mother of 57, recently passed away after battling with gallbladder cancer for about a year and a half. In April of 2024, she underwent surgery for what we thought was only to get gallstones removed, but later on, we discovered that her pain wouldn't end there. She received chemotherapy to try to break the cancer cells down, but unfortunately, the chemotherapy didn't work. Before she was diagnosed, she was always someone who lifted your mood with her energy, her jokes, and her personality. Even after the diagnosis, she still kept being the same person throughout it all. During her chemo sessions, she was one to be cracking jokes and always staying positive and letting God handle things. Sadly, the cancer made her life come to an end on October 2nd, 2025, leaving behind her 3 kids, 2 granddaughters, and the rest of her family torn.
