Help Sarah Fight Brain Cancer

Please help my sister! Sarah, a vibrant, fun and loving mother, is in a fight for her life and needs your help. Sarah was recently diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma , a severe form of brain cancer.

Sarah is a mother of two and loves her kids, Dylan and Victoria, more than anything. This diagnosis had led to her missing major milestones in her childrens’ life; she had to miss her son’s wedding. Not only did she miss the birth of her first and only granddaughter, she’s never even been able to meet her daughter’s new baby due to her cancer.

Sarah is actively involved in hobbies and support groups. You might know her from her love of motorcycles, music, or you might have crossed paths with her hunting for Munzees! Sarah has also worked with and advocated for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She’s also involved in support groups for other people with Celiac disease. Sarah has done so much to help so many people, and now is asking for help herself.

Sarah went to the doctor because of a headache. She thought it might be from inadvertently eating gluten, as someone with Celiac disease. After numerous visits and no improvement, a doctor finally ordered a brain scan. That is when they discovered a massive brain tumor, a Grade 4 Glioblastoma. This type of cancer is serious, deadly, and aggressive. She was immediately checked into the hospital and underwent surgery just a few days later. After surgery, Sarah began radiation therapy five (5) times a week and chemotherapy seven (7) days a week. The process of fighting this cancer will be long, painful, and expensive.

100% of the money raised here will go directly to Sarah’s account to cover her expenses like rent and food, and also to the massive cost of radiation therapy, chemotherapy and Optune (a new and experimental treatment for Glioblastoma). She has already received a bill for $25,000 for her hospital stay.

Thank you for your thoughts, prayers and donations. With your support, Sarah can continue living a long, happy and wholesome life.
