As many of you know Charlie Rose Waters was born 5/6/19. She came early, was born with a heart defect and Down syndrome. There were no indications of any of these things prior to delivery.

Charlie is currently in then NICU, she is not eating or breathing independently. She will be in the NICU for the foreseeable future, until she can. Charlie will also be having heart surgery in a few months. Sweet Abby (almost two) is being such a trooper and loving on her baby sister every chance she gets. But having a toddler does not make any of this easier. 

As you can imagine this has been a scary and overwhelming week for them. Moving forward there is no immediate end in sight.

Multiple people have asked how they can help, this is a way. All of this is getting expensive. Nate is taking off work longer than planned and Taylor will not be able to go back to work as soon as expected. On top of this just the trips to the hospital and the time spent there gets expensive (commuting, eating out, etc.). Hopefully this is one small way we can help lighten their burden.
