Memorial Service for Corey Chandler

For those of you that know Corey Chandler, I would not be out of line by saying that he has always put others before his own self. Caring, considerate, and a constant jokester. I do not think Corey has ever met a stranger. He is a big guy with a bigger heart constantly leaving a huge impact on anyone's life that he touched. Today he leaves a huge hole in the hearts of the lives that he has touched. Corey passed away unexpectedly today. He was admitted to the hospital for a severe pain and infection in his leg. At the time it was unclear as to how the infection had progressed throughout his body. While he was at the hospital, he went into cardiac arrest. He was placed in ICU and on a ventilator for several days. On Wednesday afternoon, doctors determined that there was no brain activity, Corey was removed from the ventilator and he passed away. He leaves behind a young daughter. He had been recently laid off and did not have health insurance or life insurance. His family is having to come out of pocket for the upcoming memorial service arrangements and medical bills. All money raised will go directly to the family to help with those needs. Any leftover funds will go directly towards taking care of his daughter. If you cannot provide support monetarily, please support his family and friends through prayer during this sudden loss.
